This wonderful natural "cerrado" is gifted with a heavy, chewy body and extra-intense sweetness. its natural notes are those of dark chocolate, stone fruits and hazelnuts, while the medium-dark roast brings about some peculiar and interesting hints of smoky tobacco. Naturally versatile, it is best served as a syrupy espresso or as a rich V60 pour-over.
